Your allowed antique swords if they’re over 100 years old, just not allowed to show them in public (without a good reason), or traditionally made curbed swords if made before 1954, new laws means your not allowed newer curved swords (think the government call them ninja swords which is also bullshit as ninja swords are straight blades, katanas are curved) in your house anymore and could face 1-2 years in prison
