Looks like a Prison fight to me. Throwing the hot water is a common occurrence. The lag who threw it certainly held something against the other lag. Lucky it wasnt Prison "Napalm" he threw.

Yeah, I was thinking the same. I mean, the style of the attack makes it seem like it could be some ex-convicts, who knows. I don’t think they’d be allowed to have kitchen knives and that kind of cooking shit in prison.
