The Israelis have always done this, first they phone the people in the block to give them time, then they knock the building , Which is essentially send a missile with no explosives and fire it at the roof to “knock” then they level the building, once communication in Gaza stopped they started using airdrops to tell the people to get out of the area, that’s why there was so many videos of buildings being downed and the death toll is so low
