Meh, more often then not they self-segregate and then kill eachother, the daily black on black genocide is hardly reported because it's so common. It's more likely a news report will be made when there is an unusual stretch of no murders. I saw this just the other day during a long cold stretch when the news announced the Bronx broke a record for going over two weeks without a murder, then the snow melted and all the bodies were found but were chalked up to hypothermia.
