Did this happen in Philly, cause that looks like Roosevelt Blvd, which is the same major Northeast Philly thoroughfare that Mexican medical jet crashed, but damn that is comical…probably some negroid wouldn’t move for the bus,…and the bus driver is most likely negroid too.

That's normal. Sometimes a passenger will put their car on the bus's car rack. When they get to where they're going, they take their car off of the rack and drive away. They do the same thing with bicycles sometimes.

I looked closer and the bus is SEPTA, which means this is Philly…I must have missed the news the day this happened…
