I know a guy who fell into one of these cactus while we were on a hike. We used glue and electrical tape to get the majority of the spines out of his chest, arm, neck and the lower part of his face. He still had loads of them under his skin that we couldn't get to. He ended up going to a doctor about it and they told him that they would work their way out of his skin and that they'd look like black head zits that he could grip with tweezers and pull all the way out. I wish I still had my old phone as I had dozens of pictures that I'd love to share here. Oh and the guy in the vid is a retard, I hope he enjoys the aftermath.
