Goularte deserves to be hung by his balls from a bridge above nile crocs and left there until his balls die off and he falls to be food. Based on the information, Velasquez didnt even shoot him, he shot his father.
Velasquez, will finish his sentence and be good to go. He's lucky though. He could have been sentenced to many more years for the crime. He also got lucky the man he shot didnt die.

And his parents, who owned the daycare where Cains child went, allowed this subhuman access to the kids.
Society really fucked up when they dropped the buying power of wages so low that both parents have to work instead of one staying home to raise children.
I think this is one of the unintended consequences of feminism too...
