By now, having seen a huge number of Chinese traffic accidents (and other mishaps) I am fully convinced that 95 percent of the population is mentally challenged, or let's say: the Epsilons . The other five percent must be the Alphas and Betas who create Ai, who design smart phones and cars and other stuff, and... who are kept away from the streets by the government, to not fall victim to the blundering, meandering, thoughtless, empty headed Epsilons .
