It's simple. Because Spain is the orchard of Europe and nobody wants to work in the fields or greenhouses under scorching heat for minimum wage.

These immigrants already work there as slaves under the control of human trafficking mafias, and by legalizing them, at least these people will start paying taxes and, at the same time, organized crime will be fought.
