C'mon. Have you seen the video? Kirk was holding the microphone in his lap when he was shot. If you look at the size of the entry hole in his neck before he started bleeding out it was only the size of a coin. How could a "microphone explosive" in his lap cause only one small entry wound and not cause any other wounds on his face, body or especially his hands clasped around the microphone shaft? You'd have to be an utter fucking moron and blind as well to believe Kirk was killed by an exploding microphone and not a rifle shot.
