I would never eat most people simply because of all the shit that most of them eat; not to mention all the environmental contaminants that accumulate in their bodies. Babies (aborted and non-), on the other hand, are the closest human equivalent to free-range, grass-fed, non-GMO meat, so I would happily eat those.
