The decorations go up this week at our house. Every room is decorated and has a tree, and the outdoor decor is just as elaborate with musically dancing lights.

after thanksgiving some time.idk. no set date to have it done by. usually the tree and inside stairs. and maybe around the room. outside i buy that one light that shines on the whole house with different designs to it.

All the years the girls were little, it was always the day after Thanksgiving. We had, hands down, the best decorated house inside and out back then. I had everything on timers so it all lit up at dusk and turned off around 10:00 pm because sane people should be in bed at that time. We do nothing now. I'm tired and I hate Christmas....

Just like a jealous bitch. Seriously, I have a tree like this with 2 dozen musical shows . My husband makes holiday light shows as a hobby.
