Soooo.. cockroaches can survive untold devastation up to and including nuclear holocaust.. but get taken out by a landline phone.. It's the inanimate, unassuming, antiquated and obsolete item that takes them out.

Come to think of it, many "sparks" (didn't know the word) and carpenters, plumbers, and other "fixers" DO tend to leave the mess they made when fixing lying around, plus not wiping their feet.

No, instead I cover my floor with very old run down mats dirt cheap from the thrift store, problem solved. Because I knew they'll forget.
