Mutual combat is legal in my state. I've had cops witness a fight I was in. No big deal.

Has nothing to do with them not caring , you dont know the context here at all. Maybe its a very consensual bought , which is what it seems to me. As long as they throw down like men , settle it and leave it there , whats the problem? Or intervene 2 consenting adult males sorting things out and deal with a bunch of needed paperwork and unnecessary charges
Mutual combat is a thing apparently. 2 dudes agree to a fight, the cops are there to make sure nobody is killed. Usually everyone goes home.
