I cast them dark looks, and give them the "go back' gesture with my hand - I won't tap the car though, you might run into the wrong one who'll raise hell then and there, claiming that YOUR tap caused some scratch.... that was there *already*.

Actually, they did on occasion -- though I need to add, there was no need for casting any kind of "looks", those drivers were simply decent folks who noticed their mistake just in time and willingly obliged, and if blocked, they would send me a helpless & apologetic er... well, "look".
