eh, not that id ever act like this in public, or private for that matter, but i get being really upset about a phone being stolen, a lot of people dont feel like paying apple or google tens or hundreds of dollars a month to "save" their pics, for all we know he just lost the only pictures he has of dead relatives. or some other super important documents or something. (yes its still stupid to not back up things that are that important, but you gotta realize most people arent very smart, and dont plan ahead at all)
