Likely or he was kicking and chasing it. This area is renowned for treating these animals like shit and letting them roam in civilian areas. They only got a animal rights act in the area like 9 years ago, but those things are never implemented in south east Asian countries. They'll still beat and rape their own children. There's not in a place spot start thinking, "Gee, if I keep my animals hungry, beaten, afraid, and let them roam the town freely maybe that's why they are aggressive."
