I don’t really think anybody government entity cares that you come here.
One thing you should be very aware of is a VPN will not save you. Any VPN that operates or provides service to be used in the United States legally will have to give all your information whether they claim they have it or not if they receive a subpoena. Even if the VPN says they don’t maintain any logs that is not true if that Service is able to be used in the USA.
This is exactly how the (silk road) on the dark web got taken down. The VPN claimed that they don’t keep logs of any kind which is very untrue. As soon as they received the government subpoena, they rolled over just like Bitches and gave the government everybody’s IP addresses and logged info.

Governments must be aware of this kind of content and the people watching it.
And we do all seem to be undisturbed by it.
So, it got me wondering if, people such as us could be considered a "possible threat to society", and therefore put on a watch list ?

When people get caught, they often look at their browsing history and habits, like playing videogames ... sure watching gore online has to have raised a few red flags for some government entities.

I don't think they're that competent. They rely on the service providers, isp's etc to roll over whenever something gets filed as a report for them to investigate. Hand over all the logs. Google probably knows more about you personally than your government.
