Intuniv, and Zoloft?! How does that make you feel? You have mood swings?
Intuniv is an alpha blocker that is a special extended release formulation for ADD/ADHD. It’s often used in conjunction with Ritalin and other stuff which I might be doing actually.
Zoloft is an SSRI that works effectively for anxiety disorder and depressive disorders. It works particularly well for what I have, social phobia, and I have it bad. It’s worked better than the other SSRIs I’ve tried. It and exercise really are a great combo. Btw an SSRI just inhibits your body’s ability to get rid of serotonin which results in higher levels of that chemical.
The combo isn’t a big deal at all and neither are for bipolar and I didn’t so I have that so obviously I don’t have mood swings.

I tried that Effexor before, too stimulating for me and not really effective for social phobia, it’s an SNRI which is similar to an SSRI but it inhibits the reuptake norepinephrine
Sertraline and just regular iron tablets. Seeing pure darkness when I stand up too quickly is apart of my personality and the doctors want to take it away from me 😿

get rid of xanax to keep your brain from becoming sponge. there are many as effective and much safer options.
sertraline is a wonderful med with short effect span. After 6 months its effects start to fade. try to find a more stable med. if you experience anxiety a lot use Effexor or much better one Paxil.
I am on Lithium Depakene Rivotril Risperdal Wellbutrin Paxil and Seraquel. i have side ones i use temporarily to regulate my chemistry. I am a type 2 bipolar.
Sertraline is Zoloft so I my med garbage or wonderful, make up your mind. Klonopin was my favorite benzo. Also I’ve been on my Zoloft for almost two years and it still works for me but I exercise which actually, it’s been studied well now, regular exercise works better than the SSRIs to increase serotonin and reduce anxiety and depression so the med and exercise combined is magic.

I've been on sertraline since 2023 but I'll consider switching when I feel it worsening. The only other med I've been on before was Prozac and it was pretty awful. I'm assuming Effexor and Paxil perform better than Sertraline and Prozac.
It really depends on the person because Zoloft works better than Effexor for me.

i take Viberzi. it helps slow my metabolism down to help me gain weight.
other than that,ill take tylenol or advil or motrin for my aches and pains.
ill even use a topical rub,Voltaren.
