And though endorphins help prevent muscles from feeling pain, it is unlikely that endorphins in the blood contribute to a euphoric feeling, or any mood change at all. Research shows that endorphins do not pass the blood-brain barrier.
Well -- endorphins help your body and muscles to calm down. But you have other chemicals in the brain such as endocannabinoids that happen when you run that creates a feeling of "high" or like "I am unstoppable". You actually have to run habitually to get it. One time I got COVID. I didn't get the vaccine. I was sick for a bit and down and out for a few weeks. When I resumed running, I was noticably weaker at first. But in the coming weeks, my stamina and ability to keep pace returned and I would resume that "unstoppable" feeling.

Unstoppable? Someone could trip you when you run and you fall on that jew nose of yours. You are so weak running makes you feel unstoppable. That's the most retarded shit ever.

I have been a runner since I was a teenager, I really like to practice this sport and the truth is that if I stay healthier and sleep much better.

Good afternoon all, depending on your timezone,

I have been an avid runner for the past decade or so. It's really great and has the following benefits:

1. Keeps you in good shape (obviously).
2. Your brain releases endorphins that make you happy and reduce stress. In fact many studies have found routine exercise tends to have similar effects to mild antidepressants.
3. Your bones and tendons grow stronger over time.
4. Stress regulation: running acts like a pressure valve and dissipates stress.
5. Lastly, runners often experience deeper sleep cycles than non-runners. You are also less likely to suffer from difficulty in falling asleep.
