Well, if I didn't plan on the dog being the reason to make a pretty penny,
1. He better have a quick draw. He's alone.
2. I'm beating the piss and blood out of him.
3. Taking the keys, gonna run his neck over to save myself some energy.
4. He's going into the back seat.
5. Grab a jack and tire iron.
6. Take the truck down the road, offroad into the first patch of woods.
7. Park the truck, jack it up, take the wheels off, put them on him in the back seat.
8. Siphon out some gas.
9. Ignite, go back home.

When it comes to cops being an issue I focus on local issues, nothing I can really do about stuff happening outside of my county.
That's long form of saying I'm ignorant to it.
Anyway, the first line was meant to infer I'd seek a lawsuit rather than inflict physical violence on the officer.
I'd definitely use the fact they're still alive as part of my argument for compensation, though.
