I feel bad for the kid, however I will say, kids that randomly scream at dogs, or dart away can cause dogs to react this way. Thats why its important to not only keep your dog on a leash but make sure your child doesnt start acting like a walking screaming steak dinner in the first place. Control your dogs and kids.
