Absolutely love doggos, but especially in the lower demographic regions, strays can be a major problem with stuff like this.
Especially where kids have to walk to school. Couldn't imagine doing that everyday and just hoping that don't encounter dogs.
In some countries, there's laws pertaining to not putting down strays. Thing is though, the governments don't have funding to have shelters and it's not like the people can afford to adopt and take care of dogs.

Don't put down dogs because it's wrong, but it endangers people, however, endangering people is wrong.
