accident don`t stand under the bucket, of a digger..

I remember visiting a site back in the late 80’s where a worker was doing something on a piling rig, the pile smashed down and the worker was shook off his footing and fell under the pile as it came smashing down again,
Let’s just say he was mush, site was then closed for a couple of days, while the investigation and clean up went on,
Not a pretty sight, but it was instant
 
In the twenty five years I spent in construction I've NEVER seen a bucket just detach and fall off of an excavator! His ching was definitely chonged
 
Could’ve used the equipment that dropped the bucket on him to lift it back off.

But no, jump out and try to push it by hand. That’s more effective.
