This is like the end of the movie Man on the Moon about Andy Kaufman. What I find perplexing is that the video has Spanish words that say that the patient arrived in the United States to say that "doctor." I would not have expected that to go on in the US.

Man on the Moon was a great movie and it starred Jim Carrey. I thought he did a great job of acting as Andy Kaufman. I don't want to spoil the movie but I will say that pretty much at the end, Kaufman goes to another country for a procedure that was pretty much like this video. I need to watch that movie again.
