In Surgut, a female driver ran over a 5-year-old girl who was walking with her mother from a store. The child has skull fractures and leg injuries.

A criminal case is planned to be opened against the culprit of the accident. In the 4 days since the incident, she has not inquired about the girl's condition.

1st off that mother should be having her lil girl either walk in front of her or beside her but no because as always she's on her phone. I swear these phones have become no different than a heroin fix and I'm not innocent to this cause trust I'm on my phone to just nowhere near the majority. The other day I was out and began looking at my surroundings and every single person was on social media. It's become an epidemic in my opinion. U watch these body cams where a person is placed under arrest so their phones are taken and it's then they begin to flip the fuck out as if their diabetic and the 📱 is their insulin. They've become the ultimate distraction and I bet the one that ran over the girl was on her phone to

Mother’s fault. I say give the driver like a week in jail though just for shits and giggles.
