In Arkhangelsk, a drunk woman hit two girls in a courtyard and rammed a parked car.

The injured students were hospitalized. The 48-year-old woman had a blood alcohol level of 1.8 ppm. She was driving home after celebrating a friend's birthday and didn't want to take a taxi and leave her car.
