It's a new-agey shamanistic experience that one can pay for down in the Sonora desert (because that's where the bufo alvarius toad lives) in Mexico.
As part of that new-agey shamany thing you get a) a shaman...the dude in the cutoff shirt doing weird things; and b) a couple of people who try to stop you from causing yourself bodily harm.

I also don't know why they keep going with the pillows...the guy clearly keeps pushing them away lol

I saw a lump of long grass turn into a fking giant tarantula once.
I also found that only when on acid can we see the paisley patterns which the council secretly prints onto all road surfaces.
I once saw a giant alien spaceship slowly move above me in the sky blocking out everything so all I could see was the size of the immense ship.
I nearly drowned once when at a friend's house and his grass turned into a wavey rough pool of deep water.
I once sat and was too scared to move as a police van had its headlights pointing at me. Hours later I realized that they had sneaked away with the van and had cemented illuminated bollards in the road.

I had to look up what "artex" was. I have one of those in my living room, and I have stared at it gooned on acid so many times...
