You control an elephant to crush people and collect peanuts. Powerups are fruit carts which the elephant eats in one bite healing its HP. You have to avoid British pith-helmet wearing big game hunters who get called when you start your rampage. The more Indians you crush the more points. You can get rid of your pursuers by entering a hindu temple where worshippers cover you in flowers and disguise you as one of their dieties. Each mission you have to go to a different temple where the Hindu Gurus give you tasks such as recovering stolen statues or using your trunk to throw monkeys out of a shrine in time for a holy festival. You can collect and spray water from your trunk to clean dirt to rid a temple of diseases before prayer ceremonies begin or use the water to spray the big-game hunter to knock him out temporarily. Trade your ivory tusks for goods and services, the tusks keep growing throughout the game, but watch out for thieves trying to steal your ivory while you're distracted.
That would not be anywhere near as entertaining if that film footage had not have been sped up.
