Elon Musk's Billion Dollar proposal to rename Wikipedia to "Dickipedia"

Elon Musk, the world's richest man, has reignited his bold $1 billion proposal to rename Wikipedia to "Dickipedia." Initially made in October 2023, the offer requires the name change to last at least one year. Musk's critique stems from Wikimedia Foundation's fundraising, questioning why so much money is needed to run a platform whose entire content, he claims, could fit on a phone. Recently, Musk reaffirmed the offer in response to a resurfaced post, sparking online debates and widespread curiosity. While Wikipedia has yet to respond, Musk's challenge highlights his provocative approach to questioning norms, blending humour and audacity in his efforts to spark global conversations".

A decade or so ago, Wikipedia was considered more accurate than Encyclopedia Brittanica, with far less bias. Right now, Wikipedia is nothing more than a leftwing talking point full of bias. Yet, if I was Elon, I would leave Wikipedia as-is to lampoon its biases. My reasoning is, if we take over every bit of idiocy the left has to offer, how would we ever know what it looks like?

I use Wikipedia often, usually for a secondary reference, especially with respect to historic individuals, general history going back to antiquity, various holidays, religions, nature, geography, sociology, science and industry, and I even post pertinent topics from there to here on various threads for perusal. It is a fountain of information within a giant interweb ocean of bullshit. Not everything within it is 100% flawless of course. No such resource really is, but it is a worthwhile source of information. To deny that is quite simply missing out on learning and no one can afford to do that. You may as well ignore the Library of Congress too, which is my primary source of reference for everything. In fact, I keep links to both of those references in my favorites next to my link for here!
