Sadly, every town and city in the UK is getting more and more of these wasters,I lived in a tower block for a couple of years, found needles outside and inside on several occasions... also you have to deal with various wasters who'll watch for you to park your car and get inside so they can try to steal it. I had to beat up the mental bitch who lived directly above us one day, after an argument about the noise her mental 14 year old son made every night, she decided she was going to force her way in and take out baby to safety, because we were abusing him.. I punched her cheekbone so hard that the skin between her eye and nose somehow split.
