I have been watching this real life documentary serials right from the beginning and if you have never seen it I highly recommend it. It's a real life detective series following them solve crime.

There are some real crazy stories and kind of gives you a wide angle view of the crime rate and perpetrators. 90% of crime is committed by a gun and I'd say 80% by black people.

Some of the stuff you see is really quite disturbing as well. Last night a guy got shot in a club, X3 in the head X2 in the chest, I thought that's a hit.

Turns out the gunman was fucking a chick in the toilet and this guy knocks on the door to ask how lond he's gonna be and the bloke comes out and shoots him.

Like not one shot, 3 in the head and 2 in the chest. America is a scary fucking place...

Anyway watch it πŸ‘

I don't watch TV anymore, but back when I did, this was one of my favorite shows. One of the more educational things for me was how the detectives go about pretending to be the suspect's best friend during interrogations to extract as much information as possible and in many cases to trick them into incriminating themselves. It was also shocking to me how many suspects end up falling for this trick and incriminating themselves or confessing.

Important lesson: If you are ever involved in a self defense related shooting in the U.S., do not volunteer information, do not try to be helpful. Just keep your mouth shut. In the U.S. you have a right to remain silent and not incriminate yourself. The detectives are not your friends! The police view their own as family. Everybody else is an outsider. They have no sympathy for you if you are not one of them. The public is their adversary.
Well, I visited the States in '98 (including NY) and I'm still alive. πŸ˜‰πŸ‘
Thanks for the info, so... the main problem is guns and blacks, right?
Almost all the violence is in the big cities. If you are in a major city in the U.S., especially these days, just assume you are in Brazil.
