yea right? someone paid this guy to drive over it intentionally,so it would be damaged then upgraded. all the while the county didnt have the funds to do work on the bridge,because it was used for more salt/sand for this winter. and maybe even a new plow or two.

Shit, he probably did it for free. But, it'll workout if he or someone he is related to gets the contact to fix it.
That's exactly how many smaller municipalities get things done without ever raising taxes I fear. In the end, everyone pays and the theys getcha coming and going. 😒
