accident Garbage truck runs over gardener while mowing lawn

Was it a Chink driving it? I would think that driver would get charged with careless driving or in trouble from his Bosses.

EDIT= thing is the driver would have know he was there when he drove down the lane. If he didn't see him he shouldn't be driving. Also when the passenger got out he would have seen him then and heard the lawn mower.

Fakeass crying. That'll get a quick settlement quicker

I definitely want those two garbage men around when I need assistance. Their quick action and response, is what we need more of in this world. Golly gee.

Now if it had been an American - made truck the steering wheel would have been on the left side, enabling the driver to see the guy and avoid running him over. Do you now see the error of your ways my British friends?

You are assuming that the driver was awake
