animals Good Boy Wants The Leash On

Well, I'm not a genius but it seems to be a house fire and a cop saving the dog.
Oakley is a very good boy, besides not biting the cop. Kidding, cops who help animals are ok in my book. I've seen way too many video of pussy cops who shoot a 10 lb dog because it wasn't leashed and they were serving a warrant.
