i used to visit chinatown to get massages and once this Spook walked in obviously looking for trouble, so i immediately jumped up and grabbed my valuables. Some guy came out from the back room and told the monkey to go away.
Amazingly, i've never been mugged, jumped or any other bad shit happen to me in nyc. Learning situational awareness is important in the urban jungles.
