The grim discovery was made after the man, who is believed to be an online gaming addict, finally checked out of a hotel in China after a two-year-long stay."
The sickening video shows thousands of dirty food wrappers, empty drink bottles and food-laden takeaway containers crammed into every part of the room and at least three-feet deep in places.
A table and two gaming chairs are almost completely buried beneath the stomach-churning waste.
In the bathroom, rubbish appears to choke every surface, with sodden tissue paper piled higher than the toilet itself and discarded items covering the washbasin.
A thick layer of a horrible brown grime has built up on the floor.
Staff said the man was hardly ever seen outside the room during his stay, adding that some workers did not even know what he looked like because he rarely emerged.
Cleaning teams only saw the full scale of the damage once he had left requiring a back-breaking three days of work to clear the rubbish and disinfect the room.
Even after the clean-up, management said visible damage remains and renovation work will be needed before the room can be reopened.
The guest is described as a hardcore gamer who had checked into the room for what appeared to be an extended gaming session."

I don’t hate women at all. I genuinely admire them. Motherhood is one of the hardest and most important roles there is, and it deserves real respect.

What I push back against isn’t women - it’s an ideology that, in my view, has fractured families and weakened the partnership between men and women. We’ve normalised raising children with less parental presence, fewer father figures, and more institutional care, while both parents are forced into full-time work just to keep afloat.

That doesn’t feel like progress. It feels like people being stretched thinner while systems benefit. Men and women aren’t meant to compete or distrust each other - we’re meant to be stronger together. That’s the point I’m making.

This is why most extended stay hotels won’t allow you to refuse room service to come in after a while so they can check and see if this shit is happening. Two years and the hotel didn’t investigate smell complaints? There is no way in hell nobody knew what was happening in there.
