Where is the blood and gore
You didn't close your eyes and imagine hard enough.Where is the blood and gore
How is he an unreliable witness? He objectively explained what he saw happening. The witness spoke as if the nigger was an innocent victim but from what I can figure out, the black dude was the aggressor who got out the car and approached the woman . The witness is unreliable, he could have ALSO easily driven away there was plenty of room in the other lane ... but he just had to say his goodbyes like a fucking drama queen.
He used a tone that was emphasizing the black guy not having a weapon (how would he know?) and spoke in a way that painted the woman as the aggressor but that is not necessarily true. I don't think it was an objective observation, more of an opinion he had.How is he an unreliable witness? He objectively explained what he saw happening.
You should pay more attention to what he said instead of how he said it because adrenaline causes people to speak with erratic tones and inflections. He just told the cop what he saw. He didn't see a weapon. What more is he supposed to say? You can't be more objective than that really. He used a tone that was emphasizing the black guy not having a weapon (how would he know?) and spoke in a way that painted the woman as the aggressor but that is not necessarily true. I remember this clip. The black guy kept antagonizing the retarded girl with the gun. Every liberal cried, "that poor, nigger".
