I’m careful how I access the site but that is to protect my kids. I only use my phone and use the ‘private’ browser mode so the web address is never linked to the shared list.

My family and many colleagues know I have an interest in gore. It’s probably easier to explain being a doctor, as I tell those that know I am just fascinated and started my interest at medical school in pathology lectures (which is true). I don’t go into any details though as the cartel shit isn’t for the gentle minded people. My kids get a very diluted idea of the site, basically lots of funny shit, accidents and medical images with a community of people just as nuts as our family. They once saw the logo on my phone as they walked past me and said “gore, is there any blood” so I chose not to lie to them and lead a hidden life around them, as that’s the kind of shit I was doing in active addiction in the past.

I get on well with people in general and can read people very well. I don’t shout “I love gore” through a megaphone or anything, but equally don’t fully hide it. If people don’t like me for what I like, it makes no fucking difference to me as I just continue being my usual crazy self and enjoying life. 😎
