I have turned down my wife because I was just too fucking tired, and while she was disappointed, she didn't make an issue of it, she's turned me down for the same reason before and basically did what I do, shrugged, and dealt with it herself.
I also turned down a woman at a bar once, who was painted like a French clown, looked like she was heavily addicted to hard drugs, and I was married, so I was definitely NOT DTF for a variety of reasons. She went on a rampage around the bar, telling every single woman in the bar that I tried to have sex with her, but my dick was too small and I couldn't get it up. Eventually they called the police and had her forcibly removed when she refused to leave.
Why and what happens depends largely on the woman in question, and the situation.

Weird question for a gore site but I’ll go ahead and answer. I have rejected a few women, not necessarily for sex but just hooking up, I’ll admit I’m a bit ashamed about it because it makes me feel like a bit of a fag, but the reasoning is because they weren’t too attractive or my type. Btw this wasn’t directly to their face one on one, it would usually be at a social event where one of the chicks would go up to my buddy and tell him that they found me cute and then he’d come find me and relay the message. Many times, ugly and attractive women, simply because I couldn't be bothered! Out of all the places I was approached often, the gym and Uni. Uni girls would straight up approach you and come out and say if you'd like to have sex? The gym girls I noticed would come and go, there seemed like a rotation of new girls every 3 - 4 months or so. They would hang around you I guess in the hopes of being asked out and then move on if it wasn't happening? It got annoying after a while, I ended up having to change gyms because you get angry chicks spreading rumor's about you all the time.

I did notice Irish girls were ridiculously horny! Its funny a lot of them end up in relationships with guys you'd swear had zero testosterone. I'd often overhear them complaining about their boyfriends not putting out.

I discovered once at Uni this really easy trick to get approached, I'd made friends with a disabled chick once at a campus residence party, she ended up inviting me to one of her English literature lectures, so out of boredom I did, when the lecture finished I went to the café to get some coffee and I swear a group of chicks in that same lecture were almost waiting inline just to have a chat LOL I don't know I guess they thought I was safe to approach, I'm guessing they thought I was an assistant aid to her or something?

When I was in collage, a fellow student approached me after class one night and told me her husband was having an affair and that she wanted to have an an affair too. She said there was a hotel down the road and she wanted me and her to go there and have sex. I told her to fix her marriage, or get out of it, before she involved another man. She quit college and never returned to class. What a fucking dumb ass I was.

If I had a son, I'd tell him, don't try to be too good, don't try to hurt a woman, but fuck a little and learn to love later.
