This happened in Kazan & is being taken out of context me thinks. Russian FSB were investigating the "security forces" guys in that van. Seemed to me they got spooked they were being tailed & were correct. Big goons being fucked with by even bigger goons is pretty funny but, I can smell the cumulative excess testosterone from all the way in America from just this video.
