Based off the pictures Ive seen and the details of the pictures it is NOT a hoax. How do know? Im not telling. But its not a hoax. The proof of some authenticity is in the pictures. The details of locations are only half authentic to me because its hearsay and the investigation is vague. If I had more details I could give you better answers. Getting involved with this could have consequences for some.

Here's your "fake" pictures. You must be an expert in anatomy. A brain isnt enough to say anything is fake. Have you ever seen a full term fetal demise? Have you ever seen a 14 week or 30 week fetal demise in person? Im not here to convince your personal opinion. You say it isnt real or is made up by a podcast located thousands of miles away of the accusations sounds pretty stupid. Ive talked with the podcast.

Brain is from an animal which I'm familiar with, it's in cookware not a medical tray. Are you an expert? The morgue looks like a set, not a working facility in the USA. Everything turns out fake, like the San Bernardino case number. Believe what you want, but they do have a copyright on the images and its a entertainment business. It's CONTENT.

How do you know the case number is fake? Have you talked to the detective? Id like to that... Could you goto the butcher and pick up a brain and bring it into a hospital then take picture of a fetal demise next to it? A cookie sheet is irrelevant. The "morgue" picture is not a morgue. Its a old surgical area not being used. Its only used as storage. Lamb brain and fetal brain are somewhat different but share some characteristics. The brain in the picture with the stem of Mr glove looks human because its round and stem looks to run vertical but you cant see the cerebrum. Lambs brain are more oval or elongated with a more medial cerebrum sitting higher than a human with the lobes and the medulla stem runs more lateral. Maybe Im wrong though. Its hard to tell everything from the brain.

2022-131974 is the "case number" I found in connection to the supposed open case into Dr. Gloves. Everything that comes up when you Google that case number is a podcast, reddit or like Jay said something connected to Reach Freaks LLC. They had me going till Jay the Butcher pointed out that its fake
So this is all just some larp / ARG bullshit?
Everything I researched comes to a Podcast and Reach Freaks LLC who have the images copyrighted.

I cannot understand why a podcast would make accusations about real hospitals, their locations and a real detective that works in the area. I did see the brain pictures and the podcast does say they are animal but the pictures of the demises and kids are real. So the guy was real but the story is made up? It could be a internal case number. Its not like a court case number that is public. Someone call the detective and see what they say about the case number already. Not it. There are a bunch of posts on Reddit about this story to make reference
