that doesnt explain how you came to the conclusion the concrete wasnt mixed correctly. concrete always takes time to cure. it cures by process of dehydration. hence why it needs to be watered with a soaker hose or with wet burlap with a soaker hose on it. sometimes peole even spray it down with the mist from their garden hose. if it dries too quickly,it cracks. and also if it dries too quickly,you cant get the kind of finish people want. let it be stamped or a mirror or broom finish.

All I'm saying is that from what I got from the video is that the contractor wanted to be paid like 3 hours after completion. Personally, I would have waited 24-48 hours after to also make sure, everything was Kosher on the job done. If after that time the customer didn't want to clear the invoice, then thats a different matter.

i guess it depends on how they did the contract.
