beatings Homeless Guy Steals Loaf Of Bread

The poor will be with you always.. let the man have a bit of food. Sheesh..I hate humans so much...
The presence of the homeless man in the first place may be an indication of a larger economic downturn in the area as a whole. If the buisness is close to bankruptcy, which 90% of small buisnesses will be at some point, the owners may be venting all their frustration on him as a scapegoat since he is the only physical representation of their problems that they can do that to. They can't beat up their bank for their bad loans, they can beat up their customers that don't show up, they can't beat up their creditors- but the man who steals a .50 cent loaf of bread they can beat up, and all the rage and hate they feel toward everyone else is directed to him. Maybe it's human psychology that's to blame, or a lack of morality, but who's really to say for sure in this crazy world?

Definitely food for thought...

the archbishop of canterbury said that its not a crime in the eyes of god to steal food if you're hungry, but can't afford to buy it...
