I like light tea, but dark teas are pretty good on occasion. I even have a cast iron Tetsubin teapot to serve my shit. I always take my stuff with milk, sugar, and honey. Last night I had iced chamomile and mugwort I made at home before bed and it put my ass right to sleep.

Pint pot,no sugar and take tea bag out after a very short whilst not straining it. And add loads of milk. I don't like strong tea. PS Aldi tea bags as well.

Or Turkish tea..

Strong, plus a heap of brown sugar and 10% milk.
