I once had a neighbor who had been hit in the head with a chunk of concrete that fell from 13 stories up at a construction site ... he survived due to his hard hat but said he had no memories at all from before the accident and had to re learn how to walk and talk , even read ... he was relatively normal other than he had several home made cannons and liked to fire them off in his back yard every once in a while
