upon arrival, make the intruder flip a coin and if its heads they get deported to russia, if its tails its ukraine then both countries can send 'em to their frontlines and battle.

thats a lot of money on air fare though.
i say just cut those countries off from financial aid,because those countries arent securing their borders well enough.
send all the criminals back to venezuela. it doesnt matter if they are arabic! send them all over there. cuba pulled this same bullshit too to us back in the 70's. but this will never happen. because its all about votes!
