As a quarter Cherokee, the "legend" is that during the Younger-Dryas the mongols were very warlike, and had a strong streak of nephilim DNA and were EATING ALL the other races in a systemic reduction, and then multiple tribes left the Asian continent, hugging the ice shelf, to the Atlantic and straight down. I have my parents' 700 year old copy from the medicine clans.Hey, @ZeroK, I read the other day that only the Africans and the Australian aboriginals lack the 2% neanderthal DNA.
Which I found fascinating.
The aboriginals here make a huge deal about being 'the world's oldest living culture', which is insane anyway since all cultures are exactly the same age, by definition. The fact that the aboriginals do not spear cars is one example of cultural change, and the fact that we do not stuff our cars fuel tanks with hay, unless we are mentally ill, is another.
However, when I read about the Neanderthal DNA I realised that that puts us another 200 000 years back in genetic links, so rather than 200 000 years which is generally considered how long homo sapien sapien has been around for, anyone with the Neanderthal DNA has been around for 400 000 years.
Science is wild stuff...
Thinking further, the rational would be that those that moved out of Africa met up and mated with Neanderthals whilst the Aus aboriginals moved into Aus with no Neanderthal presence due to the island nature of the place and were cut off by post ice age sea rises. Of note PNG people have the DNA as other people had to have come after them down through SE Asia.
The America's had the Neanderthal DNA due to European people moving over the Bering land bridge.
