It's probably real, those ISIS guys weren't the brightest bunch, I mean heck, for as much destruction as they caused they couldn't even maintain control over a mostly empty desert region for more than a year or two. And the only resistence they really faced was from other poorly equipped militia groups. I believe it to real. Here is a longer version where the filmer is repeatedly kicked and then shot, then shows all three drinking water at the end. I think it's real because right before the guy sits down he is beginning to untie the bind on his wrists. Then the one behind him notices it and goes to retie it, but not in time.
