I got a dog that I walk a couple times a day, I'm constructing an exercise room in my home, and I'm using ozempic. 65 lbs - that's great.

that's great, help yourself and let the dog have fun at the same time. Small steps become big steps. Once the weight starts coming off you'll feel great.
65 pounds in only 5 months, and i've kept it off.
